Section 24
Disposition versions
24. The senior director of unclaimed property is authorized to sign the documents referred to in subparagraphs 1 to 3 of the first paragraph of section 26, paragraphs 1 to 5 of section 27.1, paragraphs 1 to 9 of section 28.1 and section 29.
The senior director is also authorized to sign the documents relating to the provisional administration of unclaimed property that the Minister is empowered to sign, other than those referred to in the first paragraph, and whose object has a value not exceeding $500,000.
24. The senior director of unclaimed property is authorized to sign all the documents relating to the provisional administration of unclaimed property that the Minister is empowered to sign, up to a value not exceeding $500,000.
24. The senior director of unclaimed property is authorized to sign all the documents relating to the provisional administration of unclaimed property that the Minister of Revenue is empowered to sign, up to a value not exceeding $500,000.
24. The senior director of unclaimed property is authorized to sign all the documents that the Minister of Revenue is empowered to sign, up to an amount not exceeding $500,000.
